Halsey Leaves Calgary Concert Mid-Set, Cancels Edmonton Show Due to Family Emergency

Halsey has been out on her lengthy "hopeless fountain kingdom world tour," but the trek has hit serious snags while in Alberta. Last night (November 14), she left her Calgary show mid-set before officially cancelling tonight's concert in Edmonton entirely.

Via a press from Live Nation, the promoters stated the following about the now-axed Edmonton show:

Due to a personal emergency, Halsey will be unable to perform tonight at Rogers Place in Edmonton. Tickets purchased online and by telephone will be refunded automatically. Ticket holders that bought in-person are eligible for a refund at their point-of-purchase.

While playing the Saddledome in Calgary last night, Halsey left her audience hanging, however, after about a dozen songs. As of press time, Halsey herself has issued no statement about either show or the family emergency. The status of her upcoming U.S. dates is also unclear. Her next concert is in Minneapolis on November 18, and you can see her schedule here.
