Juno-nominated techno duo Graze turned heads with their fantastic debut album Edges late last year. Now they're ready to move forward with a new release.
A collaboration between Adam Marshall and Christian Andersen (also known as XI), the duo have managed to maintain a hefty work load despite collaborating between Toronto and Berlin. That comes together with their new 12-inch single.
The release features "Coax" on its A-side, which was created by "extracting the liquid component of an early Toronto rave tape" so as to maintain its sounds without falling prey to tape hiss. It's backed by "Thundare" on its B-side.
Look for "Coax" / "Thundare" to arrive on October 13 through Marshall's own New Kanada imprint.
The duo also have a handful of dates booked through Western Canada, including shows in Victoria, Vancouver and Calgary.
Tour dates:
09/11 Victoria, BC - Rifflandia
09/13 Portland, OR - Rotture
09/19 Vancouver, BC - New Forms Festival
09/20 Calgary, AB - Hifi Club
