Earlier this month, Toronto producer Egyptrixx (a.k.a. David Psutka) announced plans to release a new album called Transfer of Energy [Feelings of Power] via his own newly minted Halocline Trance label. Today, we get the first taste of that project with its title track.
The song's intense, jarring and industrial, building itself up with layers of dense, mechanical synth and drum sounds. It's decidedly inhuman and occasionally unnerving, but it's also got us thrilled to hear the rest of the LP.
