Having recently released the debut album from Australia's the Jezabels, Toronto label Dine Alone Records will once again be bringing Canadian audiences some rock from Down Under, as they just signed highly touted duo DZ Deathrays.
The record company will drop the band's No Sleep EP on March 6 through digital retailers. The collection was recorded with Richard Pike and Neil Coombe at the White Room Record Studio near Mt. Nebo, Australia. You can hear the noisy, garage-y title track streaming at the bottom of this page.
This is just the beginning of a busy year for the band, as a press release notes that they plan to drop their debut LP later in 2012. DZ Deathrays will also soon be touring their home country with Crystal Castles and, in March, will come to our shores for Canadian Music Week.
