This year is gearing up to be big for UK R&B duo AlunaGeorge, who will issue their Body Music LP sometime later in 2013. In the meantime, singer Aluna Francis can be heard jumping on a new track from house-minded English outfit Disclosure called "White Noise."
The song homes in on pumped-up early '90s dance rhythms, with bubble-and-pop synth textures bustling above a busy, electronic hi-hat-driven beat. Curtis, meanwhile, offers a juxtapositionally sweet delivery of the hook, "lately I've been thinking if you want to get tough, then let's play rough."
"White Noise" drops as a single March 24 through PMR Records, and will also appear on Disclosure's forthcoming debut LP. Details on the full-length have yet to arrive.
