Dinosaur Jr.'s I Bet on Sky will come out on September 18 through Jagjaguwar. To whet our appetite for the band's new material, the guitar-worshipping indie rock veterans have unveiled a video for the track "Watch the Corners."
The video, which premiered on Funny or Die, stars Tim Heidecker of Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! as a possessive father. When his teenage daughter gets a job at a supermarket and ends up dating one of her bad-boy coworkers, Heidecker flies into a rage. The boy eventually breaks the daughter's heart, leaving Heidecker to go extract some revenge.
As for the song that this clip accompanies, it offers pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a Dinosaur Jr. track: fuzzy guitar muscle, melodic vocals and a slightly sleepy mood.
