It may not be a new LP, but alt-rockers Dinosaur Jr. are offering up a pair of unreleased tunes for free via a partnership with fancy headphone house Skull Candy.
The first, titled "The Only Other Way," is vintage Dinosaur Jr., flying straight out the gates with J Mascis's fretboard-scorching leads before the band settle into a feel-good fuzz-pop arrangement. Also up for grabs is a live version of You're Living All Over Me's "The Lung." You can stream and download both cuts down below.
The tracks are also being pressed onto a limited 7-inch packaged with Dinosaur Jr.-themed headphones featuring artwork from the troupe's 1991 LP Green Mind. The headphones go on sale July 14.
