Having just dropped their Delta Machine LP, synth-pop pioneers Depeche Mode are currently on the prowl. Now, you can see the crew get skulky in the shadows throughout their steamy new vid for album track "Soothe My Soul."
The black and white clip runs sensual, with various images of bare bellys and mic stands getting stroked, plus there's all that heavy-handed snake imagery. The song runs by on a "Personal Jesus"-styled electro-pop stomp, and judging by David Gahan's passionately desperate pleas, which honestly get a little creepy, the nubile lady we see is likely the only thing that will soothe his soul.
