After issuing his "God Damn Beauty" single through Federal Prism last month, Dave Sitek has now unveiled a tag-team track with R&B artist Tinashe for soda pushers Dr. Pepper.
The pair's "Xylaphone" ripples out the gates with a shifty po-mo beat and sugary synth swells, but surprisingly spare are the sounds of a xylophone, which only crop up occasionally. Making up for the lack of its titular instrument are Tinashe's chiming pipes, which metaphorically detail whapping out a melody "all over you."
