Courtney Barnett has made her new album Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit available to stream in full ahead of its March 24 release on Mom + Pop, and the Aussie songwriter brought one of its singles to U.S. daytime television by performing "Depreston" on Ellen earlier today (March 16).
After an enthusiastic introduction from the host, we can see Barnett and her bandmates ease their way through the melancholic indie rock ballad about house-hunting. The trio are dwarfed by the large stage, and Barnett adds some watery effects to her guitar tone in the second half of the song.
