City and Colour songwriter Dallas Green has a new album on the way, although it's not part of his main project. This one is a collaboration with Alecia Moore — best known as P!nk — called You+Me, and their album rose ave. will be out on October 14 through Dine Alone Records/Sony Music Entertainment Canada.

You+Me began when Moore invited Green to Los Angeles to work on a song, and the pair ended up cranking out eight songs in a week. This spurred them to finish up the sessions and record the songs for an album.

A press release calls the resulting 10-song LP a "passion project" for the famous pair. For a taste of what she and him cooked up, scroll past the tracklist to watch a lyric video for the romantic, eponymous acoustic ballad "You and Me."

Pre-orders will begin tomorrow (September 9) on iTunes.

In related news, City and Colour will perform a special "homecoming show" in St. Catharines, ON, on October 21 for the grand opening of the city's new Meridian Centre.
