Soundgarden/Audioslave frontman Chris Cornell has released a new video for his track "The Keeper." The song is a part of the recently released soundtrack for the movie Machine Gun Preacher and sees Cornell ditching the heavier distortions of both aforementioned bands in favour of a stripped-down acoustic approach.
The video itself is a collage of scenes from the film mashed with shots of Cornell playing alone on a deserted and dimly lit video set. Cornell's looks are beginning to show his age, but his talent as a songwriter here is as strong as ever.
