If you missed Chanel Beads supporting Mount Kimbie on tour earlier this year, fear not, as the band have now detailed their first headlining tour of North America.
Continuing to tour behind debut album Your Day Will Come, the project led by New York-based musician Shane Lavers will spend September and October touring the continent ahead of touring Europe and the UK.
A trio of dates come in Canada. Chanel Beads will first play back-to-back evenings at Montreal's L'Esco (September 14) and the Garrison in Toronto (September 15), ahead of a stop at Vancouver's Wise Hall on October 5.
Alongside the tour news, Chanel Beads have shared a video for Your Day Will Come's "Idea June," which features Maya McGrory on lead vocals. The clip, directed by Dana Greenleaf, cuts together filtered visions of euphoria — from running amongst a crowd, to letting the wind blow through your hair riding in the bed of a pickup truck.
