Last fall, Toronto post-punks Century Palm made their debut with a self-titled tape. Now, they're back with a new single called "Valley Cyan," and they're sharing the A-side ahead of its August 22 release on Deranged Records.
"Valley Cyan" is a perky pop-rock tune that given a hint of psych quirkiness thanks to its wonky lead guitar licks and background synth textures. There are also some classic rock-style bendy licks, a hypnotic instrumental package, and a whole lot of drum fills.
Hear it below. The 7-inch for "Valley Cyan" comes backed with a tune called "Accept."
