"Sky High" is a delicate number from Ben Folds Five's 2012 album The Sound of the Life of the Mind, and despite not being an obvious choice of a single, it has now received its own music video.
The song was written by drummer Darren Jessee, and the video is every bit as restrained and cinematically pretty as the tune itself. It was shot in Brooklyn, where we see a romantic dude planning a surprise for his lady love in the form of a balloon and apartment concert from Ben Folds Five. They eventually head up to the roof to enjoy the view before letting the balloon fly sky high.
The Sound of the Life of the Mind is out through Sony.
