A few months ago, Guelph singer Anna Wiebe popped up on a charming pop collaboration with Jon Lawless, and now she's shared a new EP of her own. The self-released Full of the Light is available now.
The short collection contains six tuneful folk ballads with extremely low-key arrangements that feature vocal layers, acoustic guitar strums, and a couple of sparse overdubs. The exception to this rule is "Don't Know How," which features extra production by Jake Scott, and he douses the track in electronic beats and synth strings.
