Angel Haze Announces North American Release of 'New York' EP

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Dec 7, 2012

New York rapper Angel Haze turned heads earlier this fall when she appropriated some hooks from the likes of Eminem and Missy Elliott on her Classick mixtape, but the rising hip-hop figure will have another release out before the year is through. Her next offering is the North American pressing of the New York EP. It arrives digitally December 11 through Universal Republic.

Haze confirmed the release over Twitter today (December 7). The EP was released in the UK back in October, and according to Amazon listings, chances are you already heard the mini-release's songs on her summer-launched freelease, Reservation.

While the EP homes in on the previously released title track, the remainder of the four-song set — "Chi (Need to Know)," "Supreme" and "Werkin Girls" — also appeared on Reservation. It's not exactly new, but at least it's something, right?
