As Christmas draws nearer, the festive musical offerings continue to pour in. Now Scottish songsmith and Arab Strap alumnus Aidan Moffatt has released a Christmas EP.
It features four holiday tracks, two classics and two originals. "Oh! What a Night Before Christmas" re-imagines the typical night-before-Christmas tale, detailing a less than ideal version of Santa Claus. There's also "(A Not So Silent) Night Before Christmas," which continues the drunken St. Nick motif in a reworking of the aforementioned song.
Unfortunately, due to manufacturing troubles, there won't be a physical release of the album. It is, however, available via Bandcamp and you can stream it now in the player below.
