It's been close to a year since Vancouver chamber folk ensemble 41st and Home released their Raised by Wolves EP, but they're still hard at work promoting it. Today, we've got the premiere of the video for the single "Gorbachev."
In keeping with the Cold War-themed lyrics, the clip shows the band and some friends donning face paint and masks and heading into battle. This initially seems like it will be violent -- an impression emphasized by the triumphant, dramatic song -- but things take a light-hearted twist towards the end. We won't spoil the ending for you, but it's a funny one that cleverly undermines the serious mood.
