Jolie Holland Hits Up Montreal, Toronto on North American Tour

BY Alex HudsonPublished May 24, 2011

Former Be Good Tanyas songstress Jolie Holland is gearing up for the release of her latest solo LP, Pint of Blood, due June 28 via Anti-. The same day the album drops, the Texas-based folk singer will embark upon a North American tour that will keep her on the road until August.

The outing will be mostly based in the eastern half of the continent. In addition to 17 U.S. dates, Holland has two Canadian shows booked: Montreal on July 8 and Toronto the next day. If this outing doesn't include a date in your hometown then don't feel left out -- a press release promises that "a full West Coast run will be announced shortly."
