R&B songwriter The-Dream, who helped to pen world-conquering hits like Rihanna's "Umbrella" and Beyoncé's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)," is reportedly set to release the solo album The Love IV: Diary of a Madman on March 20 via Def Jam. Now, he's promoting it with a video for the single "ROC."
