The artists formerly known as the Ride Theory have been operating under the name Young Rival for a few years now, garnering opening slots for fellow Canadian bands like the Sadies and Born Ruffians. The trio from Hamilton, ON are now ready to step into the spotlight with their upcoming tour documentary.
Though still untitled, the film from Last Frame Pictures is due out in spring 2012 and follows the band through the gruelling tour process. The usual performance footage is switched out in favour of small shows in unique locations and the doc will also feature band interviews with tourmates like Yukon Blonde, Hollerado and Born Ruffians.
