Yelle Announce North America Tour Behind Upcoming LP

BY Gregory AdamsPublished May 29, 2014

Yelle have yet to offer up concrete details on their upcoming follow-up to 2011's Safari Disco Club, but it looks as if the French electro-pop unit will be previewing new tunes on their upcoming North American tour.

A press release notes that Yelle have already been teasing new material for festival and club crowds overseas, and the recently unveiled show schedule confirms that the group will be taking the to-be-detailed tracks out to North American stages this fall. The trip starts off down in the U.S., but the band will criss-cross over the border a couple of times to play for Canadian crowds in Toronto and Vancouver.

You'll find all of the trek's venue and date details down below.

As for the new LP, Yelle have yet to reveal an album title, a tracklisting or a street date, but the set is expected to be released sometime in the fall through Kemosabe Records. Despite Yelle not having released an album in three years, they did deliver the synth-scorching club cut "L'amour Parfait" in 2013.
