Wu-Tang Clan Unveil New Rarities Compilation

Wu-Tang Clan Unveil New Rarities Compilation
Wu-Tang Clan issued their last proper studio album, 8 Diagrams, back in December 2007. And while there is still no sign of any sort of proper follow-up, the Wu crew are once again offering up a stopover record, this time a rarities compilation called Return of the Wu and Friends.

Due out on March 1, the collection spans from 2000's The W to the group's most recent 2008 studio sessions. It will compile solo works, as well as group tracks, and includes an unheard recording by the late Ol' Dirty Bastard called "Early Grave" (which sounds a little eerie, given that the rapper died in 2004 at the age of 35).

For a preview of the song "Clap 2010," which features Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Method Man and U-God, check out the embedded clip below.

Mathematics produced the disc's 15 songs. A longtime friend and collaborator of the Wu-Tang Clan, he also produced the previous compilation Wu-Tang Clan & Friends Unreleased.
