Whiskey Trench

Do you love Crimpshrine? Do you wish Jeff Ott lived in Montreal and still made awesome pop punk? Today, you win. Mixing Bay Area punk rock with the distinct flavour of their hometown (think Jawbreaker meets the Asexuals), Whiskey Trench have crafted a great collection of songs that recall genre greats without lapsing into tribute territory. Vocalist Yannick Sarrazin possesses his own unique delivery and, collectively, the band attack each song here in a way that mark them as their own, crafting an endearingly sloppy cacophony of pop punk nuggets.
