Windsor outfit What Seas, What Shores are readying their latest LP Spiritual Nap Machine for a summer release, but before it arrives, Exclaim! has got the exclusive first look at a live video of the album's title track.
With a title that sounds like just about the most pleasant invention ever, "Spiritual Nap Machine" takes the listener on a meandering, dream-like journey, showcasing the group's ability to seamlessly blend the calculated angles of math rock with the more experimental elements of ambient sound.
The clip itself was filmed in the band's hometown, at the historic Mackenzie Hall and features both black-and-white and colour footage of the group's performance. It was shot by the folks at OSC Media House, and you can get your first glimpse at it now, in the player below.
Spiritual Nap Machine is expected out later this summer via Mudtown Records, and will arrive on translucent red vinyl, along with other CD and digital options.
