Walls Announce Final LP 'Urals'

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Mar 11, 2015

Electronic duo Walls have announced plans for their third LP, also revealing that it will be the project's last. The new record is titled Urals and will be released on May 5 through their own Ecstatic imprint.

Sam Willis and Alessio Natalizia paired up as Walls back in 2010 to release their self-titled debut for Kompakt. They followed it up with 2013's Coracle, and will now be closing out the trilogy of records when the new one arrives this spring.

Since the last record, both members have released solo material, as well as a posthumous collaborative album with Daphne Oram called Sound Houses. So, although Walls is coming to an end, we can probably expect to hear a lot more from Willis and Natalizia in the future.
