If you’re curious about what kind of punk is coming out of the UK these days, this 20-song CD will give you a pretty good idea. There’s a wide variety of stuff here, from ska to Snuff-style punk to new school hardcore to emo. Bands range from old timers like the UK Subs and the Varukers to upstarts like the Foamers, Mouthwash and Vanilla Pod. The tracks are a mix of unreleased, previously released and "soon to appear on other records” songs. The range on here may prove to be too much for the genre-bound listener, but if you like a bit of everything, you’ll find a few songs on here you’ll like.
