Theophilus London

'Vibes' (album stream)

All eyes will be on Theophilus London next week when the experimental R&B auteur's new Vibes LP, executive produced by Kanye West, officially hits stores. The wild, highly danceable sounds of the set have, however, just been made available to stream in full ahead of the November 4 due date through Warner Bros.

After being treated to a snippet of "Can't Stop" a little while back, we now get to sample London singing alongside headmaster Yeezus' lines about getting toasted in Palo Alto.

Other highlights include opener "Water Me," which scatters bizarre, minimalist beatwork, quiet storm keyboard lines and a mixture of London's sweetened lines and roaring laughter. You'll find the four-on-the-floor funk pump of "Heartbreaker," the suitably wobbly tones of "Smoke Dancehall" and more of London's good Vibes.
