Along with announcing a 10th anniversary reissue of the album High Violet, the National recently shared a decade-old concert film. Now, the band have decided to turn their archival concert activities into a weekly livestream series.

The series is called An Exciting Communal Event, and it will take place every Monday at 5 p.m. ET through YouTube Live. According to a press release, the series will feature "content from their vaults, including classic live sets, and some unseen and little-seen footage for fans to enjoy during this time at home."

During the livestreams, the National will be soliciting donations for their road crew, who are currently out of work while touring is postponed. During last week's show, members of the National stopped by the live chat to speak with fans; there's no word if they'll be doing that again.

Below, watch The National - 'High Violet' Live from Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), which the band shared last week.

High Violet: 10th Anniversary Expanded Edition will be out on June 19.
