This past weekend, Haligonian punks the Stanfields netted two wins at the East Coast Music Awards, as they were named Fan's Choice Entertainer of the Year and their album Death & Taxes won Group Recording of the Year. In the coming weeks, the Celtic-tinged road warriors will take their prize-winning tunes on tour in Canada.
After a few East Coast dates this week, the band will make their way west, stopping at Canadian Music Week in Toronto before heading all the way out to the West Coast. They will return to Atlantic Canada in April before heading to Europe for a couple of festivals in June.
