Well isn't that a cheery sounding little album title adorning this debut album from Tempe, AZ's Seas Will Rise? The band, which feature founding Landmine Marathon dude Eric Saylor getting freaky on the six-stringer, play a very enjoyable and downright satisfying take on sludge-ridden hardcore crust punk, with just enough thrash and even Southern metal influences. It's the kiss of death to compare a hardcore band to His Hero Is Gone, but Seas Will Rise definitely have the HHIG vibe and feel, as well as a production sound to die for (check out that kick drum), and enough variety within the short playing time to keep things exciting. Nothing mind melting or revolutionary here, but it's a good debut regardless.
