It's been a busy spring for Slaughterhouse vet Royce 5'9". Not only did he just offer up the Tabernacle: Trust the Shooter mixtape, he's also due to drop his Layers album at the end of the week. Even better, the full project is streaming now.
The record includes the previously previewed title track, which comes equipped with guest bars from Pusha T and Rick Ross. Fans will note that Royce's "Tabernacle" track from last month's mixtape is also included.
Elsewhere, "Off" finds Royce resisting industry insiders' tips on how to make it to the top on their terms, "Gottaknow" has him waxing a raw flow over a silky beat, and "Starter Coat" takes a nostalgic look at his early days on the Nine Mile.
