Red 1

A legend in Canadian hip-hop, Red 1 impressed the crowd with a medley of hits from his group, the Rascalz. More of that would have been appreciated. Instead, Red dropped a few tunes from his solo album and pretty much handed the stage over to the recent recruits of his new Killawat label while he fiddled with the music equipment. Heat Wave did come with fire, though, as did the other two, but for an advertised Red1 set, it was surprisingly light on his own music.
