As previously reported, Michael Feuerstack has dropped his long-running Snailhouse moniker in favour of his given name for the upcoming Tambourine Death Bed, due May 7 through Forward Music Group. Before the album hits retailers, though, Exclaim! is serving up the whole record in a sneak-peek stream.
While billed all by his lonesome, this latest chapter of Feuerstack's career has him joined by a number of guest contributors, including Colin Stetson, Little Scream's Laurel Sprengelmeyer, Elfin Saddle's Nathan Gage, Arcade Fire member Jeremy Gara and more. Some of the highlights to look out for include the rustic, woodwinds-assisted "Infidels," the atmospheric indie-folk number "Modern Warfare" and the life-reflecting, morning tea-sipping "Map."

As previously reported, Feuerstack will be bringing these songs and more out on the road next month for shows in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
