Marilyn Manson has been hit with another sexual abuse lawsuit, with model Ashley Morgan Smithline accusing him of rape, sexual assault, sexual battery, human trafficking, unlawful imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
For those keeping track, this marks the fourth lawsuit against Manson — whose real name is Brian Warner — by a woman accusing him of abuse. So far, he's been sued by Game of Thrones star Esmé Bianco, his former assistant Ashley Walters and an unnamed woman accusing him of rape.
As Rolling Stone reports, Smithline lawsuit includes many of the claims she made earlier this year in an interview with People. However, with the claims being of an extremely graphic nature, we have not included them all in detail, though you can few the entire lawsuit for yourself below.

As the model details, she was first contacted by Manson back in the summer of 2010 and claims he became infatuated by her. According to her suit, Manson had her move to Los Angeles from Bangkok, promising her work in a film that never came to be. This is where she claims he violated the Trafficking Victims Protection Act.
"Mr. Warner knew these offers to be fraudulent. No effort was made to complete production of the film project and to date nothing from that project has been published," her suit claims. "Mr. Warner merely used the film project as a pretense to lure Ms. Smithline to the United States."
From there, Smithline goes on to detail horrific incidents of rape, as well as physical, sexual and mental abuse, at the hands of Manson. She even details one occasion where he allegedly carved "MM" into her thigh, leaving her with a permanent brand, as well as claims she was whipped by the singer and received death threats on multiple occasions.
At one point, the lawsuit claims: "The abuse escalated into Mr. Warner shaking Ms. Smithline and strangling her by putting his hand in her mouth. On yet another occasion, Mr. Warner threw a Nazi knife at Ms. Smithline, only barely missing her face. Mr. Warner also burned Ms. Smithline."
According to Smithline, she continued to be involved with Manson until January 2013, with her relationship with Manson leaving her with "severe mental duress."
In a statement to Rolling Stone, a rep for Manon denied the claims laid out in the suit.
"We strongly deny Ms. Smithline's claims," the rep told the publication. "There are so many falsehoods within her claims that we wouldn't know where to begin to answer them. This relationship, to the limited extent it was a relationship, lasted less than a week in 2010. Manson hasn't seen Ms. Smithline since then."
