Lorde wowed with her 2017 sophomore offering Melodrama, and now that a fan has already hung the album in the Louvre, the next logical step is releasing it on vinyl. The record will arrive on wax on April 8, and it's available to pre-order here.
The LP will be available in both a standard and deluxe edition. The standard version comes with a sleeve featuring full lyrics and a double-sided photo page, while the deluxe edition will feature a hand-drawn sleeve, blue vinyl and six double-sided photo pages.
Lorde also hinted that a collector's edition will come later, noting that "as the record keeps growing and changing so do our concepts." She did, however, promise that it will be out later next year and that it will be "v v luxury."
