King Louie

'Tony' (mixtape)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jul 4, 2014

Chiraq native King Louie is back on the attack, with the Drilluminati member having just served up another freebie mixtape for the faithful. Just in time for the weekend, you can now download his latest effort, Tony.

Early on, "B.O.N." features down and dirty snap beats, grim piano melodies and Migos-styled flows, "Sheesh" swerves out the gates with especially AutoTuned bars and video game symphony scores, and "Michael Jackson Money" plays out as a pop-rap track full of late 80s breaks and nods to "Billie Jean," "Dirty Diana" and the Jackson 5. Moving to a different family of smooth criminals, "Made" gets by on the gloomy clank of a requiem bell and screamed/sung bars about smoking dope with the Gods. In addition to the King's own words, the tape also features guest appearances from Chi Hoover, DJ L, Bobby Johnson, LeekeLeek, BlockOnDaTrakk and more.

You can sample all of Tony down below or download it over here.
