Jack White Documents Recent Bonnaroo Performance with New Live Release

Published Oct 03, 2014
Jack White has been touring behind his 2014 album Lazaretto, and now one of his recent live sets is being documented on vinyl. Live from Bonaroo 2014 will come out on triple-LP and DVD as part of the latest Vault subscription package from Third Man Records.
The epic two-hour-and-45-minute show took place on June 14 of this year at the long-running festival in Manchester, TN. Clearly White and his label have no false modesty about the performance, since an announcement calls it "arguably one of the best performances in the 13 year history of the Bonnaroo festival."
The three records are blue, white and black, respectively. The songs were mixed at Third Man's studio, and they apparently now sound much better than the live board mix. The records come housed in what the label calls "a soft-touch telescoping box with lenticular TV on cover."
The Vault package also comes with a DVD of the full performance, re-edited by Brad Holland. Subscribers will also get four 8x10 photographs from the evening plus a patch, tour poster, sticker designed to look like a backstage pass, and a USB stick with "exclusive content." That's what it all looks like above.
This is only available to subscribers of Third Man Records' Vault, which costs $60 quarterly. Get yours here.
