Back in December, Vancouver indie rockers In Medias Res were forced to cancel a series of tour dates due to a family emergency. Now bouncing back, the group have announced a busy schedule for the remainder of March.
The run of dates sees the band travelling from Vancouver to Toronto's Canadian Music Week, with stops all over the place in between. Look for them in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec, with shows throughout the United States as well.
In addition to the tour dates, In Medias Res have just dropped a new video for the track "This Could Be the One" from last year's It Was Warm and Sunny When We First Set Out. The video was directed by In Medias Res bassist Ryan Flowers, who offered up the following statement on the video description:
Jimmy Leung is a close friend of mine who wants to be a body-builder and a businessman. He has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and has always wanted to be on the big screen, so we decided to film him working out for our music video. Jimmy and I are currently making a feature-length documentary together. Stay tuned for more.
