Gucci Mane Sues Waka Flocka Flame and Waka's Mom

Waka Flocka Flame recently recorded a diss track about his former ally Gucci Mane, and now the feud between the two Atlanta rappers has turned litigious, as Gucci has sued Waka and his mom for allegedly stealing from him.

TMZ and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution report that Gucci, whose real name is Radric Davis, hired Waka's mom Debra Antney as his manager back in 2006. Since then, according to Gucci, Antney and Waka (real name Juaquin Malphurs) have been illegally siphoning his funds.

They apparently released Gucci's music and collected royalties without permission, according to the federal lawsuit, and Antney is accused of other various crimes, including stealing Gucci's ring and chain, taking more than a standard manager's fee of 20 percent, failing to report tax information, inflating costs while skimming off the top, and more.

Gucci is suing for fraud, racketeering, theft and breach of contract. The suit also names DJ Xavier "Zaytoven" Dotson and rappers Khia Stone and Otis "OJ da Juiceman" Jones, Jr.

Gucci and Antney apparently broke off their professional relationship in 2009. At least some of the crimes mentioned in the complaint may have taken place while the rapper was in jail in 2009. All of this is said to have left Gucci with poor finances and tax troubles.

There have been rumbling about these theft allegations in the past. In September, Gucci went on a slightly confusing (and now-deleted) Twitter rant, writing, "Ask. Oj. If. Deb. Stole every front end from him for. 3 to 4 years. That's fucked up. Ask french Montana did I give sugar 60 4 bsm," and, "Tell. Bsm. Ya ma stole 500k from oj. Got my boy trapping at d texaco again."
