Magma Unveil North American Tour, Forthcoming Documentary

French prog giants Magma have existed since 1969, but still, they refuse to slow things down. Following a well-received tour last year, they've already got another batch of dates on the way.On their website, the long-running group have unveiled plans for a spring trek through North America. Though the dates are still being confirmed, they're set to play Toronto's Opera House on April 2.
The band are also reportedly working on a Montreal show for April 3. While it's yet to be officially confirmed, the news came from filmmaker Laurent Goldstein, who is currently working on a documentary about the long-running band.
Goldstein's documentary is called The Music of Magma. As the film's Facebook page notes, it's set to be released in January 2017. A crowdfunding campaign for the film will launch in March, and there's already a trailer for the flick that you can view below.
