Following 2010's fun and catchy Stuck on Nothing, Philly power-pop practitioners Free Energy are set to release Love Sign on January 15 via their own Free Energy Records. The latest taste of the album comes via the newly shared track "Girls Want Rock."
The song employs the band's patented formula of clap-along rhythms, sugary pop hooks and charming '70s cheese. There's also a hint of heartland twang to the tuneful verses.
If you like what you hear, buy "Girls Want Rock" on iTunes.
