Ever We Fall

Maybe most appropriately coined as "indiemo,” Ever We Fall are a pop rock outfit from Portland, OR who draw influences from both indie rock and emo. The result is a catchy, polished pop album with great vocal hooks and pretty arrangements. "G” is full of melodic guitar and vocal bits, while "Late Night Dance Party” has a great Jimmy Eat World vibe to it. Sure, they aren’t reinventing music, but We Are But Human is unpretentious, well written and worth placing in between your Promise Ring and Saves the Day CDs.
