Prolific songwriter and musician Eamon McGrath is originally from Edmonton, but has since relocated to Toronto, which means we were lucky enough to catch him performing at the inaugural Bloor Ossington Folk Festival last month.
Backed by a band at the Theatre of Human Health, McGrath delivered a loud, punk-infused performance of "Machine Gun Cowboy," which you can watch above this post.
The track originally appeared on McGrath's 2009 album 13 Songs of Whiskey and Light. Head over here to check out his performance of a new song called "Rabid Dog" from the same night.
Audio recorded and provided by Joe Strutt from Mechanical Forest Sound.
