Dirty Projectors main man Dave Longstreth previously told Exclaim! that the band had a whopping 60 tracks left over from the sessions for this year's Swing Lo Magellan. Soon, a few of those will see the light of day thanks to the new EP About to Die, which will arrive on November 6 through Domino Records.
In addition to the title track, which appears on Swing Lo Magellan, About to Die features three previously unheard songs. It will be available in 12-inch vinyl (cut at 45 RPM) and digital formats. You can already pre-order a copy from the label's website.
