Guitar-shredding Nashville sextet Diarrhea Planet have solidified plans to throw in the towel. The group, which have been active since 2009, will play their last two shows in September.
The band announced their departure on Twitter, where they wrote, "It's with a heavy heart we announce our final shows. We've had an incredible run largely thanks to all of you incredible people, but we've decided to bring it to a close. It has truly been amazing to share our music with y'all onstage and off."
Diarrhea Planet last released Turn to Gold in 2016. Their final two shows will take place on September 7 and 8 at Nashville's Exit/In.
