Decades into his career, Bob Mould continues to impress with his live performances, and the onetime singer of Hüsker Dü and Sugar brought his show to the televised masses last night (February 6) by appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman.
Mould's performance was stripped-down and loud, as he and his rhythm section cranked up the distortion and quickly tore through "Tomorrow Morning" and "Kid with a Crooked Face" from last year's Beauty & Ruin. Clutching a Strat and wearing a black skull cap, the 54-year-old proved that he hasn't softened with age.
