Black Bananas have been previewing their new Electric Brick Wall with the AutoTune-drenched dance track "Physical Emotions," but Jennifer Herrema's vocals get even wilder on a new remix of the track courtesy of eccentric pop chameleons Liars.
The retro-style electro backdrop of the original has been peeled back by Liars, who instead remake the funky bass pops and neon dream synth patterns into a mangled and minimalist shuffler. Herrema's vocals, meanwhile, still play warbly for the most part, while the remix team chop and manipulate her cries into a series of equally unsettling ticks.
