Behemoth to Brave the Canadian Border for 2010 Tour

BY Keith CarmanPublished Nov 23, 2009

Polish blackened death metal brigade Behemoth are at it again. By that, we mean trying to come to Canada.

You might recall how the band was denied entry into Canada earlier this year. Not because they are so bleak and evil that they weren't allowed in, though. Actually, there were just some changes to the restrictions on Polish people entering the country that happened while the band was en route for the Summer Slaughter Tour.

All of those problems have been sorted out and the band will once again hit - or at least try to hit - these shores in early 2010. Behemoth are touring in support of their latest, critically-acclaimed effort Evangelion (Metal Blade Records). It has been certified gold in their home country.

Behemoth's Canadian dates:

1/21 Calgary, AB - Republik
1/22 Edmonton, AB - The Starlite Room
1/23 Regina, SK - The District
1/24 Winnipeg, MB -€“ WECC
